Muth's Modjeska - a marshmallow dipped in caramel. This famous confection was created in Louisville by Anton Busath during the early 20th century. The caramel used in our Modjeska is a sacred recipe, handed down to Muth's from the Busath family. No other confectioner makes a Modjeska like Muth's!
